ABOUT US

Wade Works, LLC, based in Tioga North Dakota, is a leading provider of energy infrastructure construction and maintenance services in the Bakken region and beyond. Wade Works started in 2007 with just three employees and has grown into one of the most respected energy services businesses in the region.

From the first job at the Robert-Heuer Well, we quickly gained a reputation for being a hard-working and competent crew. Wade Works strives for quality and integrity in all of its services and continues to operate with the same “no-quit” attitude required to be a successful energy services company.

  • Paid Time Off - 40 hours 1st year, 80 hours 2nd year, 120 hours 3rd year and beyond. PTO hours are accrued by paycheck. PTO Hours are not lost at end of year, and can be carried into the next. Employees stop accruing hours if they hold a maximum balance of 160 and must use hours before they can start accruing them again.

    Unpaid Days off -( up to 120 hours per year) Can be used for personal sick leave if the employee choses not to be paid for requested time off.

    Paid Holidays - Wade works has 10 paid holidays per year

    Per-Diem - if Employee works 8 hours or more on location on any given day they will be paid $30 per-diem for that day.

    Health Insurance - (after 60 day wait period) company pays $500 monthly toward employee coverage single or Family. Employee pays the difference in cost of the single or family premium for the coverage plan they choose.

    Dental insurance - (after 60 days waiting period) Company pays 100% for single employee coverage. Employee pays additional for family coverage.

    Vision Insurance - (After 60 Day waiting period) Company pays 100% for single employee coverage. Employee pays additional for family coverage.

    AFLAC - Employee pays cost of coverage.

    401K - Once employees have been employed for 1 year they are eligible to enroll in 401 K and can enroll during the next enrollment period closest to their anniversary date. The following July 1, or January 1.
